Andheri Metropolitan Court has issued a non-bailable warrant against actor Sanjay Dutt in the case of threatening film director Shakil Noorani. The court had issued summons to Dutt but he did not attend the court and hence this arrest warrant was issued.

As per reports, Sanjay Dutt had signed Noorani’s film ‘Jaan Ki Baazi’ by taking the amount of Rs 50 lakh in 2002. The actor left the film halfway and hence Noorani had filed a court case seeking Rs 2 crore as compensation for loss from Dutt.

Noorani had also tried to talk to Dutt in this regard but he allegedly received threats from Dutt. Noorani had also alleged that he received threats from the underworld and hence he took the help of the law. The Andheri Metropolitan Court had issued the warrant against Dutt in 2013.
