Girgaum - A cheating case is being registered in V.P. Road Police Station against a builder for delivering illegal flat in an SRA project. As per details, Vardhan Builder had signed a deal with Bhanwarlal Jain to give him 80 sqft additional space in Bhadran House Redevelopment Project in Girgaum. Jain had paid the builder Rs 8.82 lakh but the latter gave him flat in the illegal building. This came to fore when society office-bearers refused to respect the deal. Jain approached the police and registered the complaint against builders Rajesh and Dilip Vardhan.
