Mumbai- CBI has caught one railway official who used to charge commission in exchange of old notes. Railway reservation department’s manager K L Bhoir secretly exchanged Rs. 8.22 lakhs. However, his act was caught in a CCTV and with the help of which CBI arrested him. K L Bhoir used to sit at CST and Kalyan reservation office and used to exchange notes.
