Mumbai: Centra Bureau of Investigation has filed the charge sheet in connection with granting loan of Rs 9oo crore loan default case. With Vijay Mallya, King Fisher Airline and IDBI ex-Chairman Yogesh Agarwal were mentioned in the charge sheet and other officials of IDBI bank.
The 1100 pages charge sheet includes 11 accused names in it.
On Monday, CBI arrested ex-Chairman IDBI and 3 ex-employees of IDBI bank, and 4 ex-employees of King Fisher airlines. All the accused were present before the special CBI court on Tuesday. CBI court has send all the accused to judicial custody.
