Despite of BMC declaring 39 free parking spots, there is a contractor who was seen breaching the order. This is happening on V V Road where contractor is charging Rs 30 for one hour and Rs 90 for full day for drivers. When Assistant commissioner Kiran Dighavkar of A ward was intimated about the incident, he has asked residents to file complaint.
