Anti Narcotics Cell, DCP Shivdeep Lande arrested 5 drug peddlers from behind Mind space building in Mulund. Anti Narcotics Cell raided and seized drugs worth Rs 70 lakhs. Among the arrested accused one is said to be associate producer of Zee Channel.
The arrested accused are Samir Modi (22), Arbaz Mohammed Khan (20), Farhan Ali Khan (24), Laxman alias Nikhil Rajan and Chirag Mahavir Jain (23). All the accused were presented before the court. Court has ordered police custody till 3 April. Under the guidance of DCP Shiv Lande, Kandivali ANC unit newly appointed senior police inspector Sunil Mane and his team busted the drugs racket in Malad.
