Mumbai - Mumbai Police have exposed a drug smugglers racket. From past years they are smuggling drugs across Mumbai. The gang used to target North Indians hailing from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. They used to keep the drugs in the vehicle and in lieu of Mumbai Darshan transported their drugs to the delivery point.
Police have arrested Taskar Ahmad (40), Taxi driver Mohammad Arif (29), Munna Kumar (34), Mukesh Singh, Pappu Singh, his wife Rinku Singh and his 15-year old- daughter. Primary accused Taskar Ahmed was arrested by Ghatkopar Police three years ago in the case of smuggling drugs.
