Mumbai- Colaba Police station had arrested a taxi driver for outraging modesty of a foreigner student.
Accused Jia Ul Ansari has been sent to the police custody for molesting a 20-year Australian girl who came to Mumbai to pursue education. The victim was in Mumbai on student visa and was staying in a hostel in Colaba.
The accused taxi driver was residing at Worli and was identified. The victim took the cab for Mumbai darshan and driver got the chance and molested the girl, after escaping the victim reached Colaba police station and lodged a complaint against the taxi driver. Colaba police booked Ansari from his residence at Worli.
