Mumbai- Goregaon west has a Topiwala market where 16 storey building is been approved by the group leaders. According to the local corporator Raju Padhye, the vegetable market will come up on the ground floor and Prabhakar Panshikar theatre will come up on the 4th floor. This proposal has been sent to the BMC commissioner Ajoy Mehta.
