His son who resides of Bahinder, decided to conduct last rites in Bahinder but his mother objected as the deceased wanted to be cremated in Bandra only. That was when the neighbours Shaikh Mohammed Rashid,  Imtiaz Ali and Abdulrahman stepped in. With the help of Hindu priest they performed the rites. Excused themselves for a while for namaz and returned soon to carry the corpse to the Bandra cemetery. Finally, the son of deceased lit the pier. The priest present at the sight was also overwhelmed by this noble act of humanity. After the cremation, all three of them went to the mosque for next namaz.
