According to the Indian Express, the 32 people accused in the case include app promoters Saurabh Chandrakar, Ravi Uppal and Shubham Soni, besides Mohit and Gaurav Burman of Dabur Group. Earlier, Chhattisgarh Police had registered 75 FIRs in the case, after which the Enforcement Directorate investigated the case. Mumbai Police officials did not clarify why the FIR was filed in Mumbai.

This is the first of two FIRs lodged against the Burman brothers, against whom a second FIR was lodged at the same Matunga police station four days later on November 11 in connection with a complaint lodged by a shareholder of Religare Enterprises.
