Mumbai - MNS corporator Sudhir Jadhav was arrested on Thursday for sending an obscene message to a woman on the social media site WhatsApp.
The case against Jadhav was registered and he was arrested by Dadar police on Thursday. Later, he was produced in Bhoiwada court and was granted bail on a bond of Rs 7,000. According to the victim’s complaint, Jadhav had come to her home as a part of his wife’s campaigning for the BMC polls. Jadhav continuously sent her obscene messages throughout the night and had insisted her to send her full-size photograph. Jadhav had also allegedly threatened the victim not file a police complaint against him.
