Chembur – A man raped his 21-year-old deaf and mute neighbour in Chembur Colony area. The incident was reported to the police when the accused's daughter witnessed the incident and informed the girl's mother. The accused's wife herself filed a police complaint on Friday, following which the Chembur police arrested the man.
