Dharavi - Demonetisation has become a tool for many to milk money from the people. In lieu of filling forms for currency exchange, tricksters are taking Rs 10 - 15 from the needy. The rate has been increased from Rs 5 to Rs 15. People who are having a tough time standing in ques to get their currency notes exchanges, are getting looted by those tricksters.
