Lipi Rastogi (age 26), lived in the Suniti building opposite the Ministry. Both Lippi's parents are IAS officers. Father Vikas Rastogi is currently Secretary of the Education Department while mother Radhika Rastogi is Secretary of the Currency Department. A suicide note is found at the scene, stating that Lipi was depressed. According to the information received, Lipi Rastogi was studying LLB. Around 4 am on June 3, Lipi jumped from the 10th floor of the building resulting in her death on the spot.
Local residents immediately admitted Lipi to GT Hospital. However, doctors declared her dead before treatment. Her parents and family are shocked by her decision. It is known that she wrote a suicide note before her death. However, it is not yet known why she took this extreme step. Meanwhile, the police have conducted a panchnama of the incident site.

Lipi's body will be cremated on June 3 at 1:00 pm at Chandanwadi crematorium. Friends, family and her colleagues have been shocked by her decision. Police are conducting further investigation.
