Dahisar - The lid on the sewer line under the footpath on Link Road here has gone missingg. The gutters have not been cleaned for several days. The path sees several footfalls every day since there is a bus stop right here, and the foul smell from the gutters is becoming a nuisance. The chances of an unfortunate incident due to this open gutter cannot be ruled out either.
