Chembur- Two years back, BMC had installed side railings in the M-West ward. Though they spent lakhs on it, many of the railings now have gone missing. These are mainly seen at Chembur's K G Acharya road, Dayanand Saraswati road. On the condition of anonymity, a shop owner alleged that hawkers are stealing the railings.
