Mumbai ranks 7 in the list of world's top 10 overrated cities

According to a recent examination of internet ratings by tourists, Mumbai, London, Paris, etc. are among the top 10 overrated cities in the world.

Based on analysis of thousands of reviews posted on travel rating platforms for 85 locations worldwide, they evaluated how often certain keywords and phrases such as “very disappointing” or “not as nice as expected” were used in review descriptions.

As per the data analysts' evaluation on behalf of kingcasinobonus.uk, Bangkok has ranked first as the most disappointing city, with a 16.6 percent likelihood of tourists feeling disappointed. In the Thai capital, Khaosan Road was determined to be the most underwhelming attraction.

The Turkish beach resort city Antalya ranks second and the disappointment rating there is 16.5 percent. Following Antalya is Singapore with a rating of 15.8 percent disappointing tourists. Both city's most disappointing experiences were Water Planet Aqua Park and Orchard Road respectively,  according to analysis.

With the same disappointing rating of 13.8 percent,  UK's London Eye and France's Montmartre were named as the most overrated attractions by the tourists.

According to the tourists, Mumbai's Juhu Beach is an overrated attraction.

1. Bangkok: 16.6 percent

2. Antalya: 16.5 percent

3. Singapore: 15.8 percent

4. Munich: 15.7 percent

5. Rimini: 14.2 percent

6. Miami: 13.9 percent

7. Mumbai: 13.9 percent

8. London: 13.8 percent

9. Paris: 13.8 percent

10. Tokyo: 13.6 percent
