On Saturday morning, people were taken aback when they saw SSC board exam answer sheets lying on Eastern Express Highway. The incident was immediately reported to Mumbai Divisional Board.
Though the answer sheets were blank, many blamed education department’s lackadaisical attitude after coming across abandoned answer sheets.
The answer sheets we found on the road belonged to last year as this year’s answer sheets are different and have barcode scanning as well. However, we have taken the answer sheets in our custody and will investigate the matter,” said Anil Borse, President of Mumbai Divisional Board.
He added that the board will also inquire about the school which dumped the answer sheets on the road.
