Dadar - For the holistic development of society first one has to develop oneself. Self-development is possible only by means of quality education, stated Assistant Professor Dr Anil Raghav while addressing the audience in the event. The event was organised marking Fourth foundation year of Rural Development Institute, Mandavkarwadi in Dadar (West).
