Mumbai University 14 exams postponed; To be held on January 31

The Maharashtra government has declared a public holiday on Monday, January 22, on the occasion of the pran pratishtha ceremony of Ramlalla in Ayodhya. Therefore, a total of 14 examinations of Mumbai University on Monday, January 22 have been postponed. Now the Board of Examinations and Evaluation has decided to hold these exams on Wednesday, January 31. The university has also issued a circular in this regard.

Mumbai University Morning semester B.Com. semester 5, M.A. Public Policy semester 3, M.A. Political Science semester 1, M.Sc. Research semester 1 consists of four exams. In the afternoon semester B.M.S. – M.B.A. ( 5 Year Combined Course) Semester 1, Third Year B.A. semester 5, First Year L.L.B. – Jan. LL.B. ( 3 Year Course ) Semester 1, First Year L.L.B. – BLS (5 year course) Semester 1, L.L.B. (3 Year Course, 75 : 25) semester 1, B.A. LL.B. ( 5 Year Combined Course, 75 : 25) Semester 1, First Year L.L.B. – Jan. LL.B. (3 Year Course, 60 : 40 ) semester 1, First Year L.L.B. – Jan. LL.B. (3 Year Course, 60 : 40 ) Semester 1, First Year L.L.B. – BLS (5 Year Course, 60 : 40) semester 1, M.S.W. semester 3, M.Sc. Research semester 3 consists of 10 exams. All these 14 exams scheduled on Monday, January 22 will now be held on Wednesday, January 31 as per the revised date.

It was decided to postpone the three exams of Mumbai University's open and distance learning institute i.e. ‘IDOL’. IDOL’S first year B.A. Semester 1 and First Year B.Com. Semester 1 exam which was to be held on Monday, January 22 will be held on Tuesday, February 6. "IDOL" explained that the MMS semester 2 will be conducted on Thursday, February 1.
