Mumbai boy ranks 20th in IIT JEE (Advanced)

Getting into IIT isn’t really easy. One has to work really hard to book a seat in the prestigious institution. Yesterday, IIT JEE (Advanced) results were declared. Pune’s Akshat Chugh ranked 2nd in India and 1st in Maharashtra. Mumbai’s Rahul Bhardwaj ranked 20th.

Akshat scored 335 out of 366 whereas Rahul scored 320. The exam was conducted on May 21.

1.5 lakh students who cleared JEE entrance exam are eligible for the Advanced exam.

1,59.549 students attempted this exam. 50,455 managed to clear it. Students will have to register for the aptitude test on June 11 and 12. The test will be conducted on June 14 and the result will be declared on June 18.
