Bhandup’s ‘Utsahi Mitra Mandal’ has started a free auto service for SSC students which will help them to travel to examination centres.
Students often do not get access to public transport on time to enable them to reach examination centres. Keeping this in mind, Shiv Sena MLA Ashok Patil inaugurated the free transport service on Tuesday.
This auto will ply students for free from Kalimata Mandir to the examination centres in the area. This service will be available until the end of the exams. This mandal is been working for the welfare of society since 1977, says Bharat Gawde, president of the mandal.
