Mumbai-BMC had organised 22nd 'Garden Exhibition' at Rani Baug where 22 teams were competing against each other. Central Railway bagged the first place, while Western Railway came in second. BMC Garden Department's deputy commissioner Dr. Kishore Khirsagar felicitated Thorat of Central Railway and Western Railway's senior engineer Nareshkumar Chaturvedi with a certificate.
