Mumbai- Mumbaikars have started experiencing chilly weather. "Mumbaikars are enjoying this weather as the wind is blowing from the east to north. As this is a seasonal change, this weather will stay till February”, said Indian Meteorological Department’s director Dr Krishnanand Hosalikar.
