Mulund - It was drizzling in Mulund since Tuesday morning but post mid day it started pouring. Trains were delayed by 5 to 10 mins. Heavy rains in afternoon affected school children as well and the attendance in many schools showed a significant dip.There was water logging at many places. On top of that scarcity of rickshaws added to commuters woes.
