Heavy Rain To Continue For The Next Four Days: IMD

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rainfall in the city to continue for the next four days. Mumbai has been witnessing incessant rains since Saturday. The Colaba Observatory informed that the area has received 231.4 mm of rainfall in the last 24 hours.

The IMD has informed that it will continue to pour heavily on Monday, while there will be relatively lesser rainfall in the city as well as the suburbs on Tuesday. The rate of rainfall will recede after June 28. The showers will pick up the pace again after July 1, as told by G.R. Chandekar, an officer at Colaba Observatory.
