With the onset of summer, the temperature has been rising in Mumbai day by day. It's just the beginning of April and the temperature has peaked 33-34 degree Celsius. It can further get worse with the temperature escalating up to 40 degree Celsius between April 12 and 17.

According to SkyMet, a private weather forecasting service in India, Arabian Sea might experience an anticyclone condition which could change the course of the wind resulting in temperature rising up to 40 degree Celsius. On Wednesday, the maximum temperature recorded in Mumbai was 33.1 degree Celsius.
Notably, SkyMet is the country's only private weather forecasting agency.
