Santacruz East –In Defense of Animals India (IDA) NGO, carried out a fundraiser event on Tuesday night. IDA has been working since 1996 for rehabilitation of animals,
Taufik Qureshi and his band performed for the fundraiser programme. IDA’s brand ambassador Raveena Tandon and Boman Irani were present for the same. The event ticket was Rs. 2000 and IDA managed to collect more than Rs. 2 lakhs.
“We will organise such events in order to raise funds and will use that funds for the betterment of animals,” said Fiza Sheikh, president, IDA.
