Many of the Mumbai rivers are turning into nullahs. Oshiwara, Dahisar, and Mithi river have turned into the nullah. In order to preserve the origin of Oshiwara river, nature lovers came together on Sunday for a walkathon which was organized by River March.
The walkathon began from Oshiwara station and covered Oshiwara Ram Mandir, MHADA, and S V Road area. Members of Art Of Living, River March, MHADA volunteers, and school students were present for the walkathon.
The students, who had participated in the walkathon, tried creating awareness through placards.
