To celebrate the Ganesh festival, a large number of devotees dash to Kokan. This Ganesh festival, due to ongoing repair work on Mum-Goa highway, devotees are taking up Mum-Pune highway to reach Kokan. To ease the commuting, Congress leader Nitesh Rane demanded toll concession, which was granted by MSRTC. State government also issued toll-free passes to travel Kokan. However, devotees are now getting confused as they are only issued one-way toll-free pass. They have no clue if they will be getting the same concession while coming back from Kokan
