Kurla- Children flying kites on Kurla’s highway is a usual scene for the motorists. However, these children while flying kites forget about the vehicles. This is causing the problem to the motorists. “There is a possibility that these children may come under wheels while flying kites. There should be someone who should keep a tab on these children to avoid any untoward incident,” said Shan Sheikh, driver.
