Masjid - Bazam-E-Aashiqan Rasool committee organised the rally in memory of Muhammad. The rally was organised on Sunday, starting from Mohammed Ali road it moved on to Crawford market and concluded on Nagdevi Street. Devotees of Muhammad were seen dancing on the tunes of qawwalis and naats sung in praise of Muhammad. Around 300 people from Muslim community participated in the rally.

Muhammad (c. 570 CE – 8 June 632 CE) is considered as the central figure of Islam and is widely identified as its' founder by non-Muslims. He is known as the "Holy Prophet" to Muslims, almost all of whom consider him to be the final prophet of God.
