Colossal Hospitality, known to operate some of the popular bars and lounges in Mumbai is foraying into a niche delivery kitchen business with the newly launched Colossal Kitchens, its wholly-owned subsidiary.

Housed within the bustling metropolis of Bombay in Lower Parel, the Colossal (central) Kitchens is an all-veg, one-stop luxury kitchen offering 5 brands under its gamut:

Nilesh Limaye, fondly nicknamed as ‘Sindbad The Chef’ heads the central kitchen at the Colossal Kitchens. He’s one of the first chefs to adorn the Chef torque, walking into the restaurant business way back in 1995. His in-depth culinary knowledge and years of experience reflect in the menus and myriad of cuisines served by Colossal Kitchens.

With the current pandemic crisis where food hygiene and customer safety is at the forefront, the brand follows the 100 per cent ‘contactless’ preparation methodology. This method has been devised amid Covid-19, wherein none of the staff members of the central kitchen facility ever comes into direct contact with the ingredients that go into the dishes with bare hands. All food containers are sanitized and carefully packed before dispatch. The kitchen premises are sanitized daily. The brand is taking the utmost precautions ensuring the food delivered to your doorstep is safe, hygienic, and authentic.

The brand has currently associated with F&B delivery aggregators Zomato and Swiggy for food deliveries.
