Mumbai Warriors SC romped to a fluent 3-0 win against Bank of India in a Super Division match of the MDFA League 2017 and played at the Andheri Sports Complex on Friday.
Striker Ikenna Ahukanna scored Warriors’ opening goal in the 10th minute before Yusuf Banky struck two quick goals scoring in the 33rd and 40th minutes to complete the win.
Meanwhile, in another Third Division encounter, SRS Sporting blanked BPCL Refineries by a 2-0 margin, at the St. Xavier’s ground Parel. Vinayak Newale and Vinit Koli netted one goal each to seal SRS Sporting’s victory.
