Dahisar - On World Heart Day, Wockhardt Hospital in Mira Road medics conducted free check-up of 1050 people. Out of those diagnosed 480 were also suffering from Diabetes, Overweight, High Blood pressure along with cardiac problems. 250 patients were of the 30-40 age group. As per the diagnosis, medicos told youth should have balanced diet, as health is the utmost importance and we should avoid hogging on junk foods which lack nutritious value.
