Mumbai - Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) is quite a busy area with MNC's, banks and many government offices in that area. But there are no general stores or shopping malls in BKC yet. This causes grave inconvenience to people who are working in BKC. So MMRDA had decided to start a supermarket near Asian Heart Hospital. Though the building is ready since 2 years and has a food court and McDonald's the supermarket is yet to start. Till now, thrice tenders were floated for it, but there was no response. Now for the fourth time, MMRDA has re-tendered for the same.
