Mumbai - The transfer of flat possessions to the winners of MHADA’s 2016 lottery has gathered momentum. Out of 962, as many as 450 winners have qualified for the possession of flats. The MHADA has sent offer letters to 111 lottery winners and they would get the possession of their flats on payment of the required amount. Meanwhile, the OC has been received for the 390 flats out of 962. The lucky winners are happy for getting the possession of their flats in a few months.
