CIDCO has announced a new housing scheme offering 4,779 homes for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). Online registration for the scheme will commence at 11:00 AM on Friday, 15 August 2026, through the official portal, www.cidcohomes.com.
Under the scheme, 4,229 homes at Taloja Sector 39, 257 homes at Kalamboli Bus Depot and 293 homes at Kharghar Bus Depot will be made available. A portion of the homes under the scheme has been reserved for applicants with disabilities.
The home-wise prices and all applicable charges for each project will be published on the portal before the commencement of registration. Applicants with an annual family income of up to ₹6 lakh and who do not own a pucca house anywhere in India are eligible to apply. Detailed eligibility criteria and terms and conditions will be available on the portal.
The nodes of Taloja, Kalamboli and Kharghar are well connected through an extensive road network, rail and metro connectivity, and their proximity to the Navi Mumbai International Airport, offering residents convenient access to key destinations.
Allotment of homes will be subject to eligibility verification, scrutiny of documents and fulfilment of the terms and conditions of the scheme.
