Mumbai - MHADA will provide provisional letter to the winners of the lottery. The provisional letter is provided in lieu of paying initial 25% cost of the flat within a span of 30 days. For lower income people, MHADA has modified the scheme, in addition to which lower income people shall pay 10% of the initial cost rather than 25%. This information was provided by S
