Tata Power increases rates

Mumbai-The Reliance and Tata has declared its rates for 2016-2017 with the consent of Electricity Regulatory Commission. On one hand, Reliance has slashed the rates while Tata Power has increased the same. Reliance has reduced the rates by 1.93% and for the next three years, it will be down by 0.76%, 1.06% and 15.13%. On the other hand, Tata power has increased the rates by 1.85% for 2016-17 and for the next three years, rates will increase by 2.26%, 2.51% and 14.93%.
