Burma Burma is the brainchild of Ankit Gupta and Chirag Chhajer and was started with an honest intention of making delicious Burmese cuisine accessible to all. The launch of the delivery kitchen will act as a stepping stone to realizing this very dream of bringing the cuisine to every household in the city.

“Burmese cuisine has always been very close to my heart as it resembles a feature of my own identity. The dishes that are listed in our menu are a reflection of my mother’s love, affection and are the ones that I grew up eating in my childhood. The rich flavours of the cuisine inspired me to make this regional cuisine accessible to every household of the city. Starting a delivery kitchen was always in the pipeline, as being located in South Mumbai made it difficult for us to spread our flavours across the city while our patrons found it inconvenient to travel all the way to the restaurant to savour our food. Being able to make people try Burmese cuisine is the main aim to start the delivery kitchen and it will act as our first step towards many more.” mentions, Ankit Gupta, Co-Founder, Burma Burma

Over the years, Burma Burma expanded from their first restaurant in Kalaghoda, Mumbai to 5 other metros including Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Bengaluru & Kolkata, to resolve and reach the farthest corners of their home city that only got stronger with time. The outpouring of love for their food and everything they have done has turned this dream into a reality.
