A Marathi fast food festival was organised on 5 March by the Sankalp Mahila Udyogik Utpadak, at Shanmukhnanda Hall in King’s Circle. This organisation has been working for the betterment of women for the last few years.
Popular Marathi dishes were presented at the food festival, among them Ussal, Kanda Poha, Missal Pao, Kothimbir Wadi, Sabudana wada, Kokam juice.
This organization has been holding the Marathi Food Festival for the last eight years and is adjudged a huge success every year.
