Earlier this month, Indian actor and singer SP Balasubrahmanyam (SPB) was admitted to Chennai's MGM Healthcare, after he tested positive for coronavirus. However, as per reports, his health and the doctors have put him on ‘maximal life support.’
The hospital released a statement on Thursday, September 24, 2020, which stating that SPB’s condition was ‘extremely critical.’ The statement said that SPB was admitted on August 5 and remains on ECMO and other life support measures. A few days back, his son SP Charan shared reports about SPB's health stating that he was making ‘steady progress towards getting better.’
