Elections 2019: AAP may announce alliance in Maharashtra

Ahead of the upcoming 2019 general elections, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha polls from five states. Maharashtra AAP may declare their possible alliance with other parties. The AAP in Maharashtra plans to ally with anti-Congress and anti-BJP parties. 

Along with this, Aam Aadmi Party had said that they will ally with the “like-minded” parties in order to keep BJP from coming into power. However, of 48 LS seats in Maharashtra, AAP has not declared the number of candidates the party will field. 

While campaigning for the upcoming LS and Maharashtra assembly polls, AAP will present Delhi development as an example. AAP has majorly focused to develop the education and health sector in Delhi.

Moreover, the focal point for AAP will be to construct residences under 500 square feet for the people living in slums in Mumbai and the state.
