Dhananjay Munde's immediate involvement in the murder of Masajog Sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh should be withdrawn. A case of murder should be registered against the co-accused involved in the murder. Similarly, in both the Beed and Parbhani cases, judges have not yet been appointed despite the assurance of a judicial inquiry. Leaders of all parties met Governor CP Radhakrishnan to demand that a judge be appointed and an immediate inquiry be held.
The murder of Sarpanch Deshmukh in Masajog, the death of Somnath Suryavanshi in police custody in Parbhani has brought law and order in the state to a standstill. Against this backdrop, all party leaders met Governor CP Radhakrishnan and gave a statement to convey the outcry of the common people.
Leader of Opposition in Legislative Council Ambadas Danve, Congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar, BJP MLA Suresh Dhas, President of Swarajya Sangathan Sambhajiraje Bhosle, Nationalist Congress (Sharad Pawar) MLA Jitendra Awad, Sandeep Kshirsagar, Shiv Sangram leader Jyoti Mete were present during this meeting.

Four crimes against Manoj Jarange
An indictable case has been registered against Maratha agitator Manoj Jarange Patil in Beed, Dharur, Ambajogai and Parli police stations of Beed district. In the complaint, it has been alleged that Jarange Patil made a statement against Food and Civil Supplies Minister Dhananjay Munde in a rally at Parbhani and threatened to break into the house and kill him, creating social discord. Dhananjay Munde's supporters staged a sit-in protest in Parli, Dharur demanding registration of a case.

Minister Dhananjay Munde should resign till the investigation is done so that the investigation in the Deshmukh murder case is not affected. Extortion, kidnapping and other crimes have increased in Beed. Police negligence and partiality have led to unrest in Beed district. The delegation said in the statement that there is a serious threat to public safety across the state.
