He is back with a bang, Anna Hazare has filed the petition in Bombay High Court alleging political leaders laundering around Rs 25,000 crore in sugar mills.
In this regard, Anna demanded a CBI investigation. He has filed three PILs which includes two civil PILs and one criminal PIL. Criminal PIL hearing is expected to be on 6 January in front of Justice Abhay Oka. Co-op sugar mills were provided with loans and then the assets were sold at very cheap rates, causing loss of Rs 25,000 crores.
