Focusing on their demand once again to change the name of Dadar railway station, Bhim Army put up stickers which read 'Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar' hiding the Dadar Terminus label. The police detained several Bhim army activists.

This happened on the 63rd occasion of Mahaparinirvan Diwas, where lakhs of people came to Mumbai to pay tribute to the late social reformer.

Maharashtra Bhim Army chief Ashok Kamble said that they have written to Maharashtra government demanding to change the name of Dadar station. However, there was no reply from the state government over the same.
