BJP fields Manoj Tiwari for poll campaign in city

 Bhartiya Janta party is trying all the tricks in the book to woo voters on the eve of the BMC elections, which will be held on 21 February. To cater to the fast growing Hindi speaking population in Mumbai, the BJP decided to bring  in Bhojpuri actor and BJP MP Manoj Tiwari.

Tiwari conducted a meet at Ramabai Nagar for the party's candidate Sakshi Pawar who is contesting from ward 125 and Ratnam Devendra, who has staked claim to ward 133. During this meet, actor Shubhi Sharma, RPI (Athawale group) and RSP - Shiv Sangram leaders were present. Tiwari, in his speech, took potshots at the Shiv Sena and accused the party of indulging in various scams during its reign in the city.
