Mumbai - The newly appointed Coast Guard Commander (Western Seaboard) Additional Director General K Natarajan, PTM, TM called on the Governor Ch. Vidyasagar Rao at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Friday. The Coast Guard Commander briefed the Governor about the various aspects of the security dynamics of the Coastal States especially that of the Maritime State of Maharashtra. He also apprised the Governor of the various initiatives taken by Coast Guard to ensure the safety and security of the region and the measures taken to ascertain safety of fishermen.
